For information: When the first Europe stamps 2011 were delivered, the error in the printing house was not noticed. In the sheet of ten of the 60q value was missing one stamp (field #6) the reference "AZERBAYCAN" completely. When the gross error became known the printing house produced immediately a reprint of that value, now with the country name on all postage stamps. Other differences between the stamps of the first print and the reprint could not be detected. The already low printing number for Europe stamps of 30,000 pieces (means 3,000 sheets) defines the maximum quantity of the misprint.
